The Business for sale is a well-regarded manufacturer of a proprietary liquid energy and protein supplement and ancillary products (whey protein concentrate, veal feed, etc.) for dairy and beef cattle. Dairy farms, which account for approximately two-thirds (65 percent) of the Company’s sales with the balance of sales coming from feed lots, feed mills, whey plants and miscellaneous industries. A customer base numbering approximately 150 active accounts includes its top five customers, which collectively accounted for 58.8 percent of sales in 2010. A long operating history (38 years) bolstered by excellent systems and procedures, an established track record, and outstanding customer service have resulted in a high rate of repeat and word-of-mouth business. Fiscal 2011 sales forecast to reach $16.5 million, representing 104.4 percent growth over 2010 results, with corresponding EBITDA of $3.48 million (21.1 percent margin).
