The Hostal is a very easily run business as breakfast is not on offer here, guests take breakfast in one of the many local bars. It is surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants and shops. A 10 minute walk away is Albaicin, the ancient Arabic district of Granada, which dates back to the 11th century and is full of bazaars and tea houses. The museums and Cathedral with the Royal Chapel are all easily reached on foot.

The hostal is located on the third and fourth floors of an office building and is situated on 2 floors. An elevator accesses each floor. The 10 letting bedrooms (8 ensuite) can accommodate up to 23 guests and all have T.V.'s, radiator central heating and hot and cold air.
The bus station is a 5 minute walk away and an underground railway network is in the process of being built.

A well known language school is close by so this business is an ideal and popular place for both tourists and students to stay.

The owners' accommodation has 3 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen and utility room.
