The business was started by its current owner to fill a gap in the removal and storage industry using new systems and equipment. The concept was designed to provide a complete and flexible solution to suit the needs of the modern mover. The system uses containerised demountable custom built units, which can provide the customer with a number of practical alternatives from
• A total self-move option whereby the container is left with the client for loading, moved by the company and left for unloading, any amount of loading/storage time can be added either at the clients’ property or back at the depot.
• An assisted move whereby the client can part load or supply an element of the labour needed.
• Through to a full removal service.

The storage element can be applied to any of these options and the loaded container can be demounted, replaced with empty containers and used consecutively on other jobs.
The asking price is for a package of two demountable trailers with four containers, two fixed wheel trailers and one Landover Discovery commercial vehicle. This would be a workable undertaking with a healthy return on investment.
